Dr. Dharshika Sabanathan leads the change enablement function for Australia’s largest bank’s technology transformation. She is a senior executive with a track record of leading high-profile transformations through to success, and creating economic and social value from the impact of change and disruption.

Dharshika is also a Board Director at Lirata Ltd, a not-for-profit organisation focused on advancing social justice and developing constructive solutions to important national issues. Dharshika has a strong commitment to community organisations and not-for-profits, actively partnering with them to help address important national issues and contribute to our communities.

Previously, Dharshika worked in PwC’s Management Consulting practice where she led several multinational transformations in response to digital, cultural and regulatory change.

Dharshika draws on extensive corporate sector experience, wide consulting exposure, and doctoral expertise to lead the design and delivery of innovative strategies that enable organisations and its people to think differently and achieve positive change that is purposeful, sustainable, and fit for the future.

Dharshika holds a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, and is a Registered Psychologist.
