Christine is a Director of Impact Health Ltd, a company established to support quality initiatives and improvement in the health and disability sector. With many years’ experience as a registered nurse undertaking operational and management roles, Christine is able to draw on an extensive background to support organisational quality activities, service improvement and better outcomes for service users.

She has undertaken postgraduate study in Leadership and Management, holds a postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences.  As a qualified and experienced health sector lead auditor and EQuIP 6 Coordinator, she has reviewed large and complex organisations in the public, private and NGO sectors in New Zealand, Australia and China for contractual compliance and accreditation.

Christine has a strong interest in workforce education, has developed national resources for unit standard based training and undertakes national moderation for an industry training organisation. She provides clinical supervision and mentors new auditors into their roles. She holds two Board roles for health-related services.
