Review process

Our 360 degree reviews use an online survey to conduct a thorough self assessment of the person being reviewed, and to gather complementary perspectives from those who know their work well – their manager, peers, direct reports, and others with whom they work. Interviews with selected stakeholders may optionally be added for more in-depth feedback.

All 360 degree reviews are conducted by our senior consulting staff who have extensive management experience. We manage all aspects of the survey process on your behalf and communicate clearly and sensitively with everyone involved.

Insightful results that support development

Our individual 360 degree reports provide your key staff with honest and constructive feedback that fosters personal and professional growth. Each report provides a well-rounded view of performance, combining qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to highlight strengths and areas for further development.

After providing each report, we offer an individual feedback and reflection meeting. This facilitated session provides an opportunity for the person being reviewed, along with their manager, to reflect on the results and identify next steps for learning and development.
