Our 360 degree reviews use an online survey to conduct a thorough self assessment of the person being reviewed, and to gather complementary perspectives from those who know their work well – their manager, peers, direct reports, and others with whom they work. Interviews with selected stakeholders may optionally be added for more in-depth feedback.
