Making a difference
Your social purpose projects and programs are about making a positive difference for the community. It’s not always easy, though, to define exactly what results you are after. We will guide you through the process of impact measurement: clarifying the set of outcomes that matter in your work, designing your data collection, and reporting on your results.
Shared understanding
Our collaborative impact measurement process brings your key stakeholders together to discuss common goals and to identify key outcomes and impacts. We will help you to document these through a program logic, theory of change, or outcome measurement framework. The shared understanding and commitment which are built though the process of discussion are as valuable as the documents produced.
Collect the right data
What data will you need to measure the effects of your work? We will help you to create a practical set of indicators and data collection tools to track outcomes and refine your work.
Communicate the results
Outcomes data is not useful unless it's communicated. We help you to prepare impact reports that demonstrate to stakeholders the value of your work, and that pinpoint the areas where further improvement is needed.
